Dell fixed a leak under the patio by my pool. It was a large job and they were very careful not to cut up too much of the patio. They used all the appropriate equipment to locate the leak and then fixed it and put it back together all like it was new within just 2 days. Anthony is great to work with always (he installed my pool as well). Chris was the one who did the leak job. He was professional and worked a full day every day. I would definitely recommend using them again.

Dell Outdoor saved our sanity!
We moved from New Jersey to Long Island 5 years ago and installed a heated driveway during renovations. This winter, our town hired a local company to widen the road, and they destroyed the end of our heating system. Locating the heating mats which were ripped out, we found they were made by Danfoss Company, a firm with no Long Island rep. Instead they suggested we contact Dell (who had also been recommended by a local company which used an alternative heating system). Anthony agreed to take on the job despite it being quite far from their office. Our town required contractors with local county licenses, so Anthony worked with us to locate a mason as a subcontractor. Together they suggested replacing our asphalt with pavers over the new heating mats at the end of the driveway. Not only did this permit easy removal in case of any future problem (and immediate work while asphalt companies were generally closed for the winter), but it looks great! Eric reconnected the heating system with new Danfoss wiring, just in time for the first snow of the season! Anthony and Rich followed up to ensure we were pleased with the result, which we are. The whole team was professional, friendly and reliable. We never write reviews, but we had to sing the praises of this wonderful Dell Outdoor company.

I love my pool! Anthony and his crew designed my entire backyard from pool to landscaping. They made retention walls on my difficult terrain. When people come over they say that the backyard looks like a resort.Unfortunately, in a short amount of time we found out that the actual pavers had a defect. Anthony realized the problem and fixed it. The product did have a lifetime warranty, but the warranty was not supposed to cover labor. He fought for this. It meant a lot and ultimately, the product was replaced and is beautiful like the first day. I highly recommend Dell Pools for many different jobs around the yard. A+ review!!

I am a builder and have been in business for over 35 years. When building custom homes I used a few pool contractors all with bad experiences. When I started to do research for my own pool I went with fiberglass. Dell pools was more money, but a legitimate company with a large office and staff. The others seemed shady to me so I went with Dell. I could not say enough about these guys. From the installers to the finishers and the communication with the owner and staff on any question or problem I had with my pool. After a year my pump went they got on the claim right away with Hayward and resolved my problem right away. This 4th had a problem with internet connections, Dell sent out a guy right away and corrected the issue. If you are going to invest in a pool make sure you look at the company because they are in it for the long haul. Anthony I tip my hat off to you and the crew you guys are great contractors and I will refer many people to you because you do the right thing! Keep up the good work
We recently worked with Dell Outdoors to achieve our dream backyard oasis in Long Beach Island, NJ. When we started looking into having a pool built, it was daunting to say the least. Reviews on the internet were so simple and barely said more than if they were satisfied or unhappy. I called a couple places, made appointments, and was actually disappointed by the lack of knowledge of the people that you are speaking with. no one i spoke with made me feel comfortable, until Anthony came along. When we started our pool process, we had only purchased our home nine months prior, so a home equity loan was kind of out the window and unfortunately, i don’t have loads of cash sitting in the bank. Fortunately, Dell offered financing through Lyon Financial, which was exactly what we needed to make our backyard a reality. Dell not only guided us through the permit and construction process, but also through financing. Rich was great through all of the paperwork. The process getting the loan was easier than buying a car!!! A pool to many people is a luxury but i don’t think people realize how easy it is. We started the process in March 2020 or shall i say the beginning of quarantine. Anthony promised i would be swimming by Memorial Day and he kept that promise. Now to be honest, because of quarantine, Anthony and i actually did not meet until July. He sold us our pool over the phone and not once made us feel like we were not as important as someone who had just walked into the showroom . If you are questioning who to use or whether you can afford it, Dell can make it happen!
